Secura Treuhand AG goes back to the Swiss Secura Treuhand- und Revisionsgesellschaft, founded in 1934. This provides decades of experience and expertise in cross-border challenges for high net worth individuals and in the management of foundations and companies.

Secura Treuhand AG is licensed by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority.

Martin Ospelt studied law at the University of Berne (lic.iur.) and European and international business law at the University of St. Gallen (M.B.L.-HSG), has been a licensed trustee since 1991, a lawyer since 1993 and an “ad hoc”-judge for Liechtenstein at the “EFTA” Court in Luxembourg since 1997. He has been a licensed trustee and member of the Board of Directors since 1989 and advises clients primarily on corporate law, structuring and estate planning.
